As reported by of Mashable, Thursday (14/6/2012), Cook hinted, Apple has had it all, but gave up about Ping on last May. Even so, Cook could not definitely say whether Apple will cut those services from iTunes
Admittedly, the Ping does not like Apple hardware and software products, most of which achieved success in the last few years. social network company based in Cupertino, California was indeed less accepted since the initial launch.
What's more, since the service is limited to the user's iTunes only. In addition, Ping also has problems with spam and lack of a serious artist profile.
The announcement of Facebook integration with its newest mobile operating system iOS6, which is now almost become an inseparable part of the iOS, such as Twitter, then it makes sense if Apple is no longer interested in maintaining the presence of the Ping.
But however the Ping will still go down in history because of the hand they're Apple social networking iTunes was born.
