Linus Torvalds: Secure Windows 8 Can't Boot out unhindered Linux

Ever since Microsoft introduced Secure Boot features in Windows 8, it turns out a lot of users of open source operating systems such as Linux is concerned will not be able to install Linux on a computer that has dibundle with Windows 8.

What exactly is the feature Secure Boot in Windows 8? Secure Boot is one of the security features of Windows 8 to secure communication between the operating system to the firmware of the hardware by applying an encryption key.
