Seven Shortcuts Use Gmail

CALIFORNIA – access email certainly would be easier and interesting if we know the shortcut in the keyboard. Luckily, Gmail offers a series of keyborad shortcuts helps to efficiently email activity user services.

Before testing this shortcut, make sure you have enabled setting keyboard shortcuts in Gmail. How to enable it, first select "Settings", then select "General" and then enable the Keyboard Shortcut.


The following 7 shortcuts (shortcuts) in Gmail, as reported by of Mashable, Wednesday (6/6/2012):


1. write the message: create a message in Gmail is probably quite easy to do with the normal way, but there are other ways to do it. You can press Shift + C on the keyboard to make a message in a new window (window).

2. scroll (scroll) email: you can scroll the messages in your Inbox by pressing K and J. This can be done when you want to access your new email and the old one by one.

3. Select a message: when you access your email inbox, you can press X to select a message.

4. Replying to the message and forward the message: when you open an email, press R for reward. Whereas in order to forward a message, you can press F on your keyboard.

5. save the message in the draft: If you're writing a message and suddenly wanted to keep it, then press Ctrl + s. afterwards, then the message will be automatically saved in the drafts.

6. delete messages: a simple way to delete a message, simply press the # sign. Then after that, the message will be immediately erased.

7. Mark messages read or not to read: after you select a message, press Shift + I to mark as read and Shift + U for unread messages.
